The master bedroom is a queen bed and the second bedroom is a queen bed.   The cottage is equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience.  This cottage has had many many updates.   New living room furniture as well as new beds and bedding.  A galley kitchen with full size fridge, stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans to make your week an enjoyable experience. These cottages are immaculate.   There is patio equipment with your own stainless propane large  Broil King BBQ making outdoor living pleasurable.  Parking for two vehicles.    This cottage has everything needed to make your vacation your “Home Away From Home.”

Unit 2 has also been totally renovated as well and is a large three bedroom bungalow.  It has a new large four piece bathroom with washer and dryer at the one end in a closet.  Unit two has a flat screen full cable TV and DVD player and Wi-Fi in a large spacious living room.  Comfortable furniture makes watching those movies a great experience.   A large dining area with oak table and chairs will be great space to challenge the family to a good card game.  New windows, brand new central gas forced air heating and air conditioning to make your vacation very comfortable.  A master queen rod iron bed complete with duvet, large new windows and a double pull out couch for extra guests  is perfect in this oversized massive bedroom.  The second large bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom come with queen bed.   We have just had new laminate flooring through out and new vinyl floors in the bathroom installed.  This three bedroom cottage has their own Broil King stainless large propane BBQ as well and both units share a fire pit and grounds.    There is a new cement patio as well on the firepit side of the cottage with large maple tree. This bungalow sleeps 8.  Parking for this cottage allows for 2 – 3 vehicles at the rear of the cottage. 

Both cottages subscribe to a No Pet Policy.  Rent both cottages for a great summer reunion. 

Saugeen Shores is on the shores of Lake Huron and just a two to three hour drive from Toronto or Guelph or even Kitchener/Waterloo.
