Ports Port is a four bedroom spacious private bungalow on a private double lot only 1 km from the Port Elgin main beach and 1 block from Nodwell Park.  Whether you want to enjoy time with your family indoors or outdoors, this cottage has the space for you.
The 3 large bedrooms on the main floor ensure that your family has the space you need to enjoy your holiday.  The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two double beds.  There is also a pull out double couch in the basement for extra sleeping guests.  A crib is also available for the littlest of visitors. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and flat screen TV with DVD player and cable for your entertainment.  The basement is finished with a half bath, separate kitchenette, bar area, and large flat screen TV for your entertainment.  This large room also has a double bed and can be a fourth bedroom for larger groups.   There is plenty of room for everyone to pitch in with meals in the large bright kitchen.  The dining room has a large dining room table to seat a group of 6 to 16 for dinner. Ports Port is equipped with a furnace and gas fireplace in the living room for those chilly nights.  This house is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Outdoors there is a gas BBQ and outdoor table for 6 as well as a small outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows after a day on the beach.
While in the municipality of Saugeen Shores, the Port Elgin Beach Flea Market virtually comes to your door every Wednesday during the summer season. Hike the trails and feed the birds right out of your hand at Mac Gregor Point Provincial Park. Ship out on the "Peerless" docking at Chantry Island; tour the Lighthouse, the Keeper's house and the island (access restricted during nesting season). The lighthouse view of the shoreline is well worth the walk up the stairs. Explore Bruce County's self-driving trips to Lighthouses, Museums, gardens, antiques, beaches, and the local farmer's markets are a fantastic experience.
