The flat is equipped with restored wood plank flooring with separate queen size bedroom. A double pull-out is provided in the living room. The four piece washroom is equipped with a whirlpool tub/shower. The living room/dining room is combined with the fully equipped kitchen. Standard equipment includes municipal water & sewer, fridge, stove, microwave, television, DVD player, patio furniture, ceiling fan and propane bbq.
A Converted Warehouse - 2nd floor Loft - Also a non smoking/non pet 700 sq.' unit this open concept loft will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. This second floor unit features a fully equipped galley kitchen. The loft is equipped with restored wood plank flooring with separate queen size bedroom with closet. The 4 piece washroom has a claw foot tub with wraparound clear curtain for showering. French doors to the balcony open as well as the Juliet Balcony from the living room welcome the Lake Huron breezes. Standard equipment includes municipal water & sewer, fridge, stove, microwave, television, DVD player, ceiling fan, air conditioning, clothes line, patio furniture and electric table top grill.
