Is a lovely two bedrooms one four piece bathroom on the main floor and on the lower level a complete living space with a double bed and a twin bed bedroom and a two piece bathroom. The master is queen bed and second bedroom has a double bed. Maximum occupancy for this cottage is 6 guests, including children. This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Plenty of space for 6 guests with living room on the main floor and recreation room on the lower level. Enjoy the evenings in the sunroom off the back of the cottage for those chilly evenings.
This cottage is situated between downtown and the beaches of Port Elgin. Both destinations are only a short walk. 470 Market offers a very large private yard with fire pit for those evenings the family gather and roast s’mores. Propane BBQ, large octagon picnic table offer your dining area choices for your family. Inside or out.
As for allergies of some of our guests we respect their wishes and do not take pets at any time. This cottage is also non-smoking.

Hike the trails and feed the birds right out of your hand at MacGregor Point Provincial Park. Ship out on the "Peerless II" docking at Chantry Island; tour the Lighthouse, the Keeper's house and the island (access restricted during nesting season). The lighthouse view of the shoreline is well worth the walk up the stairs.
