The kitchen is well equipped and has stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher with 3 bar stools for conversation or eating at the peninsula.  There is also a breakfast table.  Main floor laundry is separate and just off the kitchen.

The living room impresses with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, gas fireplace and flat screen cable TV and WiFi.  The second common area is the sun room for conversation or to pass the time with a good book.

The 3 bedrooms feature a Master with King size bed and en suite bath. The Queen bedroom has  hall access to a bathroom and the third bedroom with a single over double bunk is on the lower level which also has a 3 piece bathroom, plus the third common area:  a sitting/gaming room including flat screen cable TV.

The back deck has a BBQ and patio furniture.  The fire pit is located in the  fenced back yard area.   The property is located near the Rail Trail for cycling or walking.  Southampton’s famous “Pump House” beach and beachfront boardwalk are at the foot of Bay Street.

Stop at one the various cafe's and take your coffee down to the historic Southampton Pinafore Boardwalk to walk the beach and view the world famous sunsets or walk over to the river mouth marina and Pioneer Park along the Captian Spence Trail. Another day you may want to book a reservation on the Peerless and tour the lighthouse at Chantry Island. Maybe take in a few of the golf courses (5 in all) that surround Southampton and Port Elgin. This shoreline community bustles with activities such as shopper's nights, Cruisers Night at the Flag, parades, evening concerts, ghost walks, fireworks, band camps, Art School classes and the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre are abundant in activities and shows.
